1. Who provides HoopsIQ
HoopsIQ is provided by Zakhar Armyanov, an individual based in London, United Kingdom. Contact: armyanovzakhar@gmail.com.
2. Agreeing to these terms
By using the HoopsIQ website or application you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
3. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old to use HoopsIQ. If you are under 18, please check with a parent or guardian first.
4. Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure, and for everything done through your HoopsIQ account. Tell me promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
You may delete your account at any time by emailing me.
5. What HoopsIQ is, and what it is not
HoopsIQ analyses publicly available NBA statistics and the fantasy league data you choose to connect, and suggests decisions about your fantasy team. Its output is information and opinion, not advice.
Specifically:

• HoopsIQ does not guarantee results. Following a recommendation may not improve your fantasy team. Sport is uncertain and the model is sometimes wrong, which is why its accuracy is published rather than claimed.
• HoopsIQ is not a betting product. Its game predictions are an educational estimate from public data. They are not betting advice, not odds, and not an invitation to gamble. If you choose to bet, that is your decision and your risk alone.
• HoopsIQ is not affiliated with the NBA, ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper or any fantasy sports platform. All trademarks belong to their owners.
• Statistics may be wrong or out of date. Data comes from third-party sources and I cannot guarantee it is accurate or current.

6. Connecting a fantasy league
When you connect a league, you confirm you are entitled to access it and you authorise HoopsIQ to read it. HoopsIQ only reads — it never changes your roster, makes transactions or acts in your league on your behalf.
You are responsible for complying with the rules of your league and of the platform hosting it. Some platforms restrict third-party tools; check if you are unsure.
7. How you may use it
Use HoopsIQ for your own fantasy teams. Do not:

• resell, redistribute or republish its data or output as your own
• attempt to extract its underlying data in bulk, by scraping or otherwise
• interfere with its operation, or try to access accounts that are not yours
• use it for anything unlawful

I may suspend or close an account that does these things.
8. Cost
HoopsIQ is currently free. If I introduce paid features I will give existing users clear notice before any charge applies, and nothing you have already used will become retroactively payable.
9. Availability
HoopsIQ is an early-stage product built by one person. It may be unavailable, slow or wrong at times, and features may change or be withdrawn. I do not promise any level of availability, and I may change or discontinue the service.
10. Intellectual property
The software, design and written content of HoopsIQ belong to me. The statistics it analyses belong to their respective owners. What you enter — your roster and settings — remains yours; you grant me permission to process it in order to provide the service.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, you keep all your statutory rights.
Subject to that, HoopsIQ is provided as it is. I am not liable for losses arising from decisions you make using it, including fantasy league outcomes, nor for any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
12. Ending it
You may stop using HoopsIQ at any time. I may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
13. Changes to these terms
If these terms change I will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and you have an account, I will email you. Continuing to use HoopsIQ after a change means you accept it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
